Samir N. SADDI Samir N. SADDI, Director of ARCADE, is an architect with an international portfolio. His experience in architectural design extends from the restoration of historical buildings to the use of FRP Technology and includes the design and supervision of Corporate Office Buildings, Banks, Residential Compounds, Villas, Recreational projects etc. in Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Canada and Saudi Arabia. He lectured for several years in the schools of architecture in Lebanon, stressing the need for change in the design practice and advocating the importance of architectural research in creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment. Samir N. SADDI also participated
in many international competitions, winning in 1990 the First Prize and
Award of Excellence in the International Winter Cities competition in
Tromsø, Norway. |
