Arab Research Centre for Architecture and the Design of the Environment
More than ever the Arab World needs to face the challenges of the third Millennium with a new and dynamic vision of its cultural and architectural heritage. Researching new ways to bridge the gap between what has been done and the shape of things to come was the primary reason behind the creation of ARCADE in Montreal, Canada (1990).
ARCADE aims to establish Architectural Research and Architectural Photography as tools to investigate innovative and sustainable approaches for the design of the built environment. Samir N. SADDI, architect and photographer, is the Director of ARCADE, with more than twenty-five years of international experience in both fields.
ARCADE will sustain its mission by providing the following services throughout the Arab World:
AMARA | SAMIR SADDI | ARCHITECTURE, RESEARCH & PUBLICATIONS
ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY | IMAGE GALLERY | WHAT'S NEW?
